Our first hotel project was The Espanola Way Suites, located at 443 Espanola Way in Miami Beach. With the success of that project came more business. We are currently working on converting 5 more buildings on Espanola Way into hotels for SRC Properties.

MEDICAL OFFICES
R.G FIFER INC is currently working on remodeling two seperate medical office buildouts in Mount Sinai Medical Office building complex.
GREENBRIER HOTEL
Our construction team is taking this 41 unit condo back to its historic roots. The Greenbrier will once again be converted into a 71 room hotel with a restaurant and bar. This project is approximately $4.2 Million dollars.
TREASURES ON THE BAY
This apartment building is having all the common areas renovated. This includes 10 living floors, a gym, leasing offices, lobby, lobby bathrooms etc. This project is $1.289 Million dollars.
